First of all, it needs to be stated that we DO NOT accept orders that require 100% perfect products. Because even authentic bags are not 100% perfect.
Despite our best efforts, problems are inevitable. If you have any quality issues, please contact us, take pictures and videos and send them to us.
1) If it is indeed a quality issue, we will replace it for you, and we will bear the product and shipping costs. If the issue can be solved by replacing parts, then replacing parts is the first choice.
2) If it is an issue other than quality issues, such as suddenly dislike the color, dislike the size, or just want to change to another one, then returns and exchanges in these situations are not acceptable unless you are willing to bear all costs.
